  • Hazrat Abu Bakr, also known as Abu Bakr As-Siddiq, was a close companion of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the first caliph of the Islamic Caliphate. He was born in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, in the year 573 CE. Abu Bakr played a significant role in the early days of Islam and was known for his unwavering faith and loyalty to the Prophet.

    During the lifetime of Prophet Muhammad, Abu Bakr served as his advisor and confidant. He was one of the first individuals to accept Islam and played a crucial role in spreading the message of Islam to others. After the passing of the Prophet, Abu Bakr was chosen as the first caliph by the Muslim community.




    As caliph, Abu Bakr faced numerous challenges, including the Ridda Wars, where he successfully united the Arabian Peninsula under the banner of Islam. He also initiated the compilation of the Quran into a single book, ensuring its preservation for future generations.

    Abu Bakr's caliphate lasted for approximately two years and three months. However, his reign was cut short when he fell ill and passed away on August 23, 634 CE. He was buried in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

    Hazrat Abu Bakr's life story is a testament to his dedication, leadership, and commitment to the principles of Islam. His contributions to the early Islamic community continue to be revered and remembered to this day.
